GRASSROOTS & GROUNDWORK 2012 CONFERENCE Working Together to Reduce Poverty and Build Prosperity
The 2012 Grassroots & Groundwork conference will focus on sharing ideas, collaboration, partnership, and other ways we can all work together to achieve our shared aims to reduce poverty.

June 6–8, 2012 Mystic Lake Casino Hotel Prior Lake, Minnesota Owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux (Dakota) Community
Conference Registration Opens February 15, 2012
Schedule details: The conference offers three exciting segments:
- June 6, late morning. Optional site tours featuring some of the best and brightest models building sustainable prosperity in the Twin Cities and beyond. Ticketed event, registration required.
- June 7, 7:30 a.m breakfast followed by a plenary session at 8:00 a.m, with breakout sessions and networking opportunities until 5 p.m. Networking reception, with heavy hors d'oeuvres served, in the early evening.
- June 8, 7:30 breakfast followed by a Keynote Speaker and extensive question and answer period. Final plenary session to conclude at 1:00.
- June 8, 1:00-5:00 p.m., Community Building Institute. Each year, these intensive, hands-on workshops yield the highest ratings from attendees. Spots are limited and additional fees apply. Requires separate registration.
